Riding Lesson Policies

We do our best to work with your schedule, but to serve all of our riders we require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a lesson. With less than 24 hours' notice, there is a $25 rescheduling fee, or the lesson is forfeited.

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, the lesson is marked as a no-show and can't be made up. We run on a tight schedule every day, so this applies whether or not you let us know ahead of time.

If you have a make-up lesson scheduled and don't show up, that lesson is automatically forfeited and another make-up won't be offered. If you cancel a scheduled make-up lesson, it is forfeited.

Arriving 15 minutes or more late to a make-up lesson counts as a no-show, and a $15 no-show fee applies. If the fee isn't paid by your next lesson, that lesson will also be forfeited.

If your trail ride has to be rescheduled because of weather or the horses' health, we'll move it to another weekend that works for both of us.

• Lesson payments are due as agreed (monthly or per lesson).
• All sales are final. No refunds.
• Lessons, camps, trail rides and all other services are non-refundable.
• If you can't attend, the cancellation and make-up policies above apply.
